"I have had the opportunity to work closely with Rebecca Pagdan. Clients of Rebecca profit from her experience as a physical therapist, her caring nature, and her ability to key in to each person’s learning style. Rebecca’s medical background and knowledge of the body help her clients to work out safely and correctly. It is important to her that every person enjoys their exercise experience. She quickly examines and applies each person’s individual mind-body connection: their body awareness and learning style. This allows her to approach each client in a manner that helps them to more quickly grasp the concepts of the Pilates method, improve their performance, and achieve great results.

If you enjoy working out to my videos, you’ll find that working with Rebecca provides a skill and style that is an ideal complement to enhancing your unique workout and maximizing your particular benefits from the Pilates method of body conditioning."

"... My core, balance, and flexibilty have never been better. This has made a tremendous difference in my sport and the physical appearence of my body.
Pilates with you, Rebecca, was amazing. I have never had a more knowledgeable instructor. The original style of pilates that you teach is the one that is most effective. You helped me improve dramatically on and off the court. All professional athletes should practice pilates because it is one of the most competitive things that I have ever done. I have been a pro for 7 years and I have never looked or felt better. My strength has improved tremendously in positions that I never thought were related to my sport. The results were astonishing. Thank you so much for changing my career."

"Pilates has helped my running by focusing on core strength in the abs and back which in turn has corrected my running posture and reduced the amount of physical energy consumed to ensure I run in good form. Because my core muscles are stronger, I have been able to run at a faster pace and longer durations. Pilates is an excellent addition to my marathon training by providing a low impact strengthening routine that also helps to stretch the muscles that indicatively are tight from constant running (shoulders, lower back, hamstring, calf). I would recommend Pilates to all runners as an added benefit to their training regimen."

"Through Rebecca's talent and skill as my pilates instructor, my body has become leaner, my muscles more defined, beautiful, and stronger. I feel more 'lifted' and light on my feet during the day and I look better in my clothes! She pays close attention to detail and empowers me to want to work hard to reshape my body. I adore her!"

"I had a broken neck, resulting in 3 C1 fractures.  My head rotation and muscle strength was severely limited.  I had constant pain and discomfort through my neck and shoulders. My neurologist suggested trying Pilates.  I had been swimming with limited success. After the first session with you, it was remarkable the movement and diminished pain in my neck and shoulders.  Now after 10 sessions, I am virtually pain free!  My rotation is still limited, however I now have further range and ease in turning my head. You taught me about my "core" and how to use it, and it has made all the difference in the world.  I'm sold! Thank You!"

"After my car accident and months of physical therapy, my back hadn't improved. After only two weeks of Pilates, my back improved. In two months my back felt good as new. Years later I still feel great. Pilates improved my posture and my confidence. No more slouching or rounded shoulders."

“The pilates class even once a week has really helped me tighten up my stomach. Nothing else has worked; and I've tried everything – sit-ups, crunches, aerobics. None of these have worked as well as the pilates. It's a great work-out.”

"Rebecca is just an awesome, extremely qualified and fun Pilates instructor. Based on her expertise as a physical therapist, she not only teaches the exercises that constitute Pilates but also guides her students on a path to understand Pilates' underlying philosophy. This, combined with the care and attention she gives to every single student, results in a class that can truly change the awareness of one's body and induce a desire to maintain it at the highest level.
I have taken Rebecca's Pilates classes for several months now and, even though I have done sports all my life, I am amazed by the level of flexibility and control over my body I obtained during this short time. Pilates has become a regular fun part of my workout schedule that I would not want to miss in my life."

"I highly recommend Rebecca's Pilates program. I was in a car accident a year ago where I suffered lower back and neck injuries. In trying to heal my body, I had worked with four physical therapists and several weight training programs prior to working with Rebecca. Only when Rebecca introduced me to Pilates did I experience continuous fast healing and strengthening of my back and neck. One year after the accident and being 6 months pregnant with our first child, I continue to attend Rebecca's Pilates workout and my body feels better than ever.
I highly recommend Rebecca as a Pilates instructor and guide. She carefully crafts the Pilates exercises to meet the needs of each individual in the class, while challenging you to feel, strengthen, exercise and control your body. If you are looking for a fun, intensive, and effective way to strengthen, get in shape, and maintain a toned body, I strongly suggest letting Rebecca guide the way. I cannot emphasize enough how Rebecca's Pilates program has improved these past ten months of my life."

"Rebecca is much more than a great Pilates teacher, she is a gifted physical therapist. Bringing a wealth of experience to her classes, Rebecca takes an interest in the specific needs of each of her clients and tailors her sessions to her students. My background is in dance and exercise physiology but it has been her insightful work with me that has immensely helped me gain core strength and reduce my back pain. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her."

"...Pilates' specially designed equipment and mat program help people achieve physical changes that they could not achieve with other exercise programs... sessions are an investment in physical rehabilitation and the prevention of further injury... These will help you maintain your health, keep your stress down, those mood-enhancing endorphins up, while having a good time."

"I stand taller now. Pilates makes you feel better, longer, slimmer! I can do things I couldn’t do before, like get in and out of small cars without effort. Pilates never hurts. No burn! No sweat! No pain. I can hit (at 84 years old) a golf ball straight down the fairway – 215 yards!!"
